Testing Proctor Part Time position

Responsibilities
- Proctor assessments according to established school procedures.
- Provide a quiet, organized, and distraction-free testing environment.
- Review testing instructions and procedures before each assessment.
- Monitor students throughout testing to maintain test security and academic integrity.
- Follow all procedures related to test confidentiality and secure handling of assessment materials.
- Provide accommodations such as extended time, small-group testing, breaks, use of approved technology, or having directions read aloud when required.
- Collect, organize, and return completed assessments and testing materials according to school procedures.
- Communicate with teachers and Director of Academic Support regarding testing schedules, student completion, and any testing concerns.
- Maintain student privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in education, psychology, special education, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with high school students preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow detailed testing procedures consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple testing sessions.
Part-time (25 hours a week) 9:00am-2:00pm

PA required clearances and Safe Environment Certification will be required before employment can begin.
