Are you a passionate Creative Textile Designer with a love of luxury, craftsmanship, and exceptional design?
At de Le Cuona, we create the world's finest natural luxury textiles and accessories, combining sustainability, innovation, and artistry to produce collections that are renowned across the interiors industry. As we continue our exciting global growth journey, we're looking for a talented Textile Designer to join our Windsor-based design team.
Reporting to our Design Manager and collaborating across the business, you'll play a key role in developing market-leading textile and accessory collections, taking developments from concept through to production while helping to shape the future direction of our brand.
Located in beautiful Royal Windsor, directly opposite Windsor Castle, this is a unique opportunity to work within a highly creative environment and contribute to a globally recognised luxury brand.
What You'll Be Doing
As Creative Designer, you will:
- Develop and deliver innovative textile and accessory concepts from initial inspiration through to production.
- Collaborate with mills, suppliers, artisans, and manufacturing partners to ensure exceptional quality and execution.
- Experiment with colour, texture, materials, and finishes to create distinctive luxury products.
- Research emerging trends, technologies, and market developments to inspire future collections.
- Source innovative fabrics, trims, and components aligned with the brand’s creative vision.
- Monitor product development timelines, production processes, and quality standards.
- Work closely with Marketing and Procurement on campaigns, photoshoots, product launches, and special projects.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite and CAD tools to visualise and communicate design concepts.

About You
We're looking for someone who combines creativity and innate curiosity with commercial awareness and technical expertise.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in a similar design role within textiles, interiors, fashion, homeware, or a luxury product environment.
- Strong knowledge of textile construction, fabric composition, and product development processes.
- Established eye for colour and pattern.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working directly with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Advanced Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator skills.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach and confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A can-do attitude and a natural curiosity for design, innovation, and emerging trends.
- The confidence to challenge convention and contribute fresh thinking.
