TG1423827 - Engagement and Events Manager (Patrons)

Job Introduction

The Engagement and Events Team deliver a busy and diverse programme of events to support Tate’s fundraising and engagement objectives. This crucial role will lead on devising and delivering the Patrons event programme with the intention of deepening Patrons’ engagement with Tate.

Working closely with the Head of Engagement & Events and the wider team and with the Senior Patrons Manager in the Individual Giving Team, you will manage events on and off site and play a key role in the success of each project. Your impeccable organisational skills will result in a smooth-running projects that strengthen and broaden Tate’s relationships and deepen Patrons’ engagement with Tate.

You will have a proven track record of handling multiple projects at one time, calmly working under pressure and of strong relationship management through events, ideally within an arts environment. You will have an excellent eye for detail, strong written and verbal communication skills and a good grasp of CRM databases and effective contact relationship management.
