About the Role

We are looking for Thai Bilingual Experts to contribute to a language and AI training project focused on improving next-generation AI systems. You will evaluate Thai audio content for fluency, pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity, providing detailed feedback that helps improve AI language understanding and generation.

No prior AI experience is required. The role is primarily focused on your native-level Thai language expertise, attention to linguistic detail, and ability to provide consistent, well-reasoned evaluations.

LANGUAGE: Thai — native level; English — minimum B2

Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to audio clips in Thai and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or AI-generated output.
  • Assess pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, and overall linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines.
  • Identify linguistic characteristics that distinguish natural Thai from non-native or unnatural speech.
  • Document evaluations with clear and concise written feedback in English.
  • Provide detailed justifications for evaluation decisions to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or resolve ambiguities in language content.
  • Provide linguistic insights that support improvements in AI language understanding and generation.
  • Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and within project timelines.
  • Maintain consistent quality across evaluations and follow project-specific guidelines.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Thai, with strong command of spoken and written Thai.
  • B2 or higher English proficiency, particularly for written and verbal communication.
  • Strong ability to identify differences in pronunciation, fluency, intonation, and linguistic authenticity.
  • Excellent attention to detail when evaluating spoken language.
  • Ability to provide clear, structured, and evidence-based written feedback in English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed evaluation guidelines consistently.
  • Reliable availability to complete assigned review tasks within deadlines.
