Company Description
The Clockspire, was originally built by Sir William Medlycott in 1864 as a school which has been brought back to its former glory creating a warm and welcoming restaurant. Set by the quaint Somerset village of Millborne Port, the restaurant offers a memorable experience from a spectacular view by the large windows and lofted ceilings with statement chandeliers to seasonal and locally foraged exceptional dishes along with carefully selected wines.

Job Description
Part time role
We are looking for a part-time Waiter / Waitress to assist the restaurant managers in the day to day running of the restaurant and deliver an exceptional service to customers.

- Provide exceptional service to our guests
- To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services
- Take part in the setup of restaurant and events
- Nurture and develop new commis waiters
- Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings
- Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers
- Deal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary
Qualifications
- Leaving Cert level education or above
- NVQ qualification or equivalent
- Ability to display a real passion for food, beverage and customer service
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Hands on and proactive approach
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent time management
