Are you an experienced GP or NP with a passion for caring for people in our community? At The Doctors Christchurch South we have an opportunity for a dedicated and passionate GP or NP to join our strong and stable team.

As an experienced GP, ideally you will be vocationally registered or working toward this or you are a Nurse Practitioner experienced in primary care. Our practice has a great team culture and you will be working with a team of skilled nurses and GP colleagues and an experienced administration team, supported by a dedicated Practice Manager.

About the Position and You

You will bring to the role:

  • Sound clinical and service skills enabling you to fully utilize your experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to provide healthcare to a full range of people in our community
  • Hold Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand
  • Be legally eligible to work in New Zealand

This is a permanent position with negotiable hours, preferably between 6-8 sessions per week.

We are happy to consider overseas GP candidates wishing to relocate to New Zealand and can provide support with gaining New Zealand registration if you are eligible.
