Food & Beverage Assistant - The Imperial Hotel
Location: Bloomsbury, London
Hours: 40 hours (5 Days out of 7 Days weekly rota)
Salary: £28,988.00 + Benefits

We’re looking for a warm and welcoming individual to join our dedicated Food & Beverage team at our hotel in Bloomsbury, central London. As a key member of our team, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay in our F&B Outlets. You will have experience in preparing and serving barista style beverages and/or cocktails/mocktails to brand standards, processing orders accurately in Micros with minimum error, setting-up the buffet and replenishing stock levels during service and delivering outstanding customer service to our guests.

About The Role
We’re looking for friendly, adaptable Food & Beverage Assistants to support service across restaurants and bars. You’ll help deliver warm, efficient hospitality while supporting a dynamic team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and support guest needs.
- Prepare beverages, light food items and pastries.
- Clear and clean service areas and assist with events setup.
- Handle cash and operate tills accurately.
Who You Are
- Customer-focused with good face-to-face service skills.
- Confident communicator with good spoken English.
- Flexible, reliable and comfortable in busy environments.
