About the Role
The Institutional Client Group (ICG) manages the Bank's relationships with institutional investors across the full Fixed Income product spectrum. The team spans 5 continents, with deep expertise in the core Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) product suite (Rates, Credit, Foreign Exchange, Financing, Emerging Markets), across flow products and bespoke solutions.
You will work closely with Trading, Structuring & Research partners to deliver our Fixed Income franchise to meet our client’s needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior Credit Sales management to define and execute the business strategy, translating priorities into clear commercial initiatives, resource plans and measurable deliverables
- Lead financial management for the business, including annual revenue planning, forecasting, pipeline analysis, revenue-credit oversight and management reporting
- Produce high-quality analysis of business performance, client activity and market trends, identifying opportunities, emerging risks and areas requiring management action
- Coordinate the Credit Sales operating model across Sales, Trading, Technology, Operations and control functions, driving improvements to client onboarding, data quality, front-to-back processes and sales technology
- Support the effective governance of the business, including first-line controls, regulatory initiatives, know your customer (KYC) and client-perimeter matters, business continuity, headcount, hiring and talent processes

Your Skills and Experience
- Relevant experience in Business Management, Chief Operating Officer, Strategy, Finance or a comparable role within an investment banking or financial-markets environment
- Strong understanding of Fixed Income markets and the Credit Sales business, ideally including flow credit products, client coverage, electronic trading and associated front-to-back processes
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial, client and operational data, draw clear conclusions and communicate actionable insights to senior management
- Proven ability to manage and support complex initiatives and influence stakeholders across Sales, Trading, Finance, Technology, Operations and control functions in a fast-paced, matrix organisation.
- Highly organised and proactive, with strong judgement, attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills, alongside advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
