Our one of a kind Accelerator Programme is created for skilled professionals of colour with 2+ years of experience in HQ roles like, finance, HR, legal, marketing, digital, eCommerce, supply chain, strategy, analytics, aiming to transition into the luxury, fashion, beauty and media industries.

Programme Overview

  • Learn: Participate in 6 expert-led evening workshops with executives from our brand partners speaking at each event, virtual AI and career coaching modules, and a Network Event to give you direct access to the hiring teams of our brand partners.
  • Mentorship: Receive unprecedented personalised guidance to support your career shift through CV workshops, interview preparation and insider knowledge workshops.
  • Resources: Access luxury fashion industry networks and leading employers.

Requirements

  • Person of colour, currently working outside the luxury, fashion, beauty and media sectors.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about transitioning into these sectors.
  • Commitment to attend 6 evening workshops and a networking event in central London.
  • UK resident with the right to work.

Programme Details

  • Workshops dates: 6th, 7th, 13th, 14th, 20th & 21st October 2026 at the London Stock Exchange Group offices in London (Paternoster Square)
  • Timings: 6.30pm - 9pm each night
  • Programme Network Event: Date in Early November to be confirmed, timings: 5pm – 9.30pm
