The PIE is the global hub for international education. We are looking for someone who can own a territory, build deep commercial relationships with the world’s leading international education organisations, and help reshape what that looks like at a global scale.
Role Overview
- Title: Partnership Manager
- Location: Ideally London, UK-based (strong candidates from anywhere in the world considered)
- Compensation: Competitive salary plus uncapped commission

Core Responsibilities
- Own a global territory, building, managing, and scaling a portfolio of partnerships with leading international education organisations.
- Develop and execute a territory strategy to drive new business and deepen existing relationships.
- Oversee the full partnership cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing and growth.
- Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers across your market.
- consultative rather than sales-led, aligning solutions with partners’ goals and needs.
- Identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities before they become mainstream.
- Deliver high-impact presentations and proposals that resonate at executive levels.
- Represent The PIE at global conferences and events within the international education sector.
- Maintain a sharp CRM with accurate forecasting—understanding its strategic importance.
