THE REFORM ACCELERATOR PROGRAMME

Twelve weeks. Six departments. No CV required.

Westminster is a rarely opened door for many across our country. Especially young people. It’s often about who you know, who you meet, and whether you're in the right place at the right time. This system has produced the current rotten political class that has broken Britain.

We're building something else.

The Reform Accelerator is a twelve-week, full-time, paid programme inside Reform UK's headquarters. You will be working on all aspects of our party operations and will help us as we gear up for the 2027 local elections and an upcoming general election - from the week you walk in.

What you'll do

Two weeks of induction first: how the party actually works, how campaigns are won, why Reform exists and how to speak to millions of people who want radical change - taught by the people running it. Talks and sessions with senior staff and party figures. You'll see every department, and then you’ll get to work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
