THE7STARS GRADUATE PROGRAMME

the7stars started life in 2005, with just three employees, and a strong belief that advertisers deserve better. A more honest way of trading, full accountability and the best people servicing clients. We set out to create the best media agency in the UK, building long term client relationships, and an unrivalled culture that attracts only the best talent.

We have built the agency based on a clear set of values; first class client servicing, transparent trading and putting people above process. Working across a variety of sectors, from music to retail, we continue to win new business year-on-year.

WHAT IS A MEDIA AGENCY?

We plan and buy advertising to reach the right audience, in the right place, at the right time, for the right price. Unlike creative agencies, we focus on media strategy, buying, and performance to deliver business results.

THE ROLE

Working at the7stars is fast-paced and varied. Graduate roles span account management, AV, digital, and data/insight teams. Core responsibilities include:

  • Reporting: Monitoring competitors, analysing audiences, and evaluating campaigns
  • Media Owner Relationships: Building partnerships and staying up to date with market developments
  • Administration: Managing bookings, finances, reporting, and client updates
  • Industry Knowledge: Keeping informed on media and wider industry trends
  • Agency Contribution: Supporting initiatives such as new business, events, PR, and research

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
