Theatre Manager | Permanent | South West
Ready to take ownership of a diverse theatre service and make a genuine operational impact? MedicsPro is recruiting an experienced Theatre Manager for a leading private hospital in the South West.
You’ll provide senior leadership across:
- Three theatres
- Hybrid cardiac catheter lab/theatre
- Endoscopy suite
We’re looking for a Registered Nurse or ODP with:
- Strong theatre experience
- At least two years in a senior leadership position
- Proven people management skills
- Experience managing budgets and service performance
- Excellent communication and operational leadership

The position is 37.5 hours per week, with participation in the management on-call rota, currently approximately one weekend in every four to six.
