Job Description

Bank Administrator | Theatres | Elland | Private Hospital | Part-time 15 Hours | Competitive Salary and Great Benefits

Spire Elland Hospital is recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to join its experienced Theatre Administration team on a Part-time Basis 15 hours over 2 days Wednesday & Friday.

Contract Type

Perm- Part-time

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Carrying out administrative duties such as printing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies.
  • Maintaining computer and manual filing systems.
  • Relying to email, telephone or face to face enquiries.
  • Greeting and assisting visitors to the department.
  • Photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues.
  • Assist theatre team in sourcing stock as needed.
  • Rescheduling theatre lists and printing the theatre lists daily.

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience of face-to-face customer/patient interaction
  • Has excellent Administration skills using different databases and systems (training will be given)
  • Exceptional phone manner
  • Having previous medical knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
  • Enthusiastic and energetic professional
