Experienced Scrub Theatre Practitioner
An experienced scrub Theatre practitioner for a multiple speciality Day Surgery Unit. Join our dedicated Theatre team at Victoria Hospital Wimborne delivering exemptional elective care.
About the Role
You will be working in a modern, purpose built environment alongside a close-knit team who share a commitment to excellent patient outcomes, safety and collaborative working.
You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth, safe and high quality theatre operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting and delivering safe patient care throughout the perioperative journey.
- Assisting with surgical procedures across a range of specialities including Orthopaedics, ENT, Gynaecology and General surgery.
- Assisting in equipment management, stock control and ensuring compliance with Infection prevention standards.
- Participating in clinical audits, data collection and driving improvements in theatre practice.
Job Details
This is a part time post of 25 hours per week. The post holder may be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
