Applications are invited from suitably experienced Theatre Practitioners to lead in Theatre Robotics at our client's Acute Hospital site based in Central London (Travelcard Zone 1). This role is within easy reach of TfL and National Rail services.

You will provide specialist theatre robotic knowledge and skills in Urology, with expected future development in other specialties.

This role is a full-time, permanent post.

An established charity-status centre of excellence for over 160 years, the Hospital has 60 inpatient beds, including a state-of-the-art six-suite Operating Theatre complex and separate Endoscopy Theatre. The Hospital also has a dedicated Urgent Care Centre and extensive Imaging and Diagnostic service and Therapies and Rehabilitation clinic.

Person Requirements

  • RGN or ODP with NMC/HCPC registration as applicable
  • At least two years experience in a senior theatre role
  • Experience working in Robotic Surgery
  • Completion of a supervisory/management qualification
  • Aptitude for analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Experience in supporting junior practitioners, and students
