Theatre Royal Winchester (Part of Play to the Crowd) is looking for two Theatre Technicians
Contracts available: one permanent, full time & one full time, 6 months fixed term contract (with option to extend subject to circumstances)
Salary: £23,795 – £26,227 per annum (with opportunities for overtime)
Hours: 36 hours per week
Location: Theatre Royal Winchester, Winchester, Hampshire
The role: The Theatre Technicians will work as part of a small resident technical team based at Theatre Royal Winchester providing excellent technical support for all the organisation’s events, both in the theatre and beyond.
The Theatre Technicians will provide hands-on support to visiting companies working on Get-Ins, Get-Outs and performances to the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

About you: You will be passionate about your work and will always strive for the highest standards. Enthusiasm and dedication are a must.
You will have knowledge of programming generic and intelligent lighting on an ETC lighting desk; you will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of sound and AV setups; and have a knowledge of theatre practices and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
