This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Technical Instructor within the Therapies department and other Integrated teams within a prison environment. HMP Berwyn is a Category C male training and resettlement prison, with a remand facility, and at full capacity will house 2,106.

Main duties of the job
- You will be responsible for developing and delivering a high quality service within therapies.
- Responsible for managing delegated caseload on a day to day basis, the caseload will comprise of patients in a prison setting who may need to be seen on the house blocks or in healthcare.
- Participate in the education of therapies students in relation to each of the disciplines processes.
- Assess and prescribe equipment including walking aids and minor adaptations.
- Adhere to the code of ethics and conduct for the different therapies disciplines and Allied Health Professional standards of practice, as required by the team.
