Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Therapist role supporting clients across MantraCare’s digital care ecosystem. The Therapist will conduct virtual sessions, provide evidence-based counseling and coaching, and collaborate with AI tools to personalize care plans and track progress.

- Assessing client needs
- Documenting encounters in digital systems
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in case reviews as needed
The role involves delivering culturally sensitive care, maintaining ethical and privacy standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of digital protocols and resources. Therapists are expected to adapt to a tech-enabled environment and use data insights to inform treatment approaches.
Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in mental health or relevant therapeutic fields, with proven skills in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, including active listening, empathy, and the capacity to build rapport in virtual settings.
- Comfort with telehealth platforms, electronic documentation, and AI-supported tools, with the ability to integrate technology into clinical practice.
- Knowledge of holistic and behavioral health approaches across areas such as stress management, chronic disease support, and lifestyle counseling.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage a part-time caseload, and maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
- Relevant licensure or certification to practice as a therapist or counselor in applicable jurisdictions; advanced degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field preferred.
- Experience with diverse populations and global or cross-cultural care is highly beneficial.
