Role Description

This is a part-time, remote Therapist role focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care within MantraCare’s AI-enabled ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting virtual therapy sessions
  • Assessing client needs
  • Developing individualized care plans in coordination with AI-generated insights and clinical protocols
  • Documenting sessions accurately
  • Monitoring progress
  • Adjusting interventions to support clients across areas such as mental health, chronic conditions, and lifestyle change

The Therapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians, contribute clinical input to digital care pathways, and maintain strong ethical, privacy, and professional standards. Therapists are expected to:

Qualifications

  • Licensed mental health or therapy credential (e.g., psychologist, counselor, social worker, psychotherapist) and adherence to relevant professional, legal, and ethical standards.
  • Demonstrated clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions for mental health and related chronic care needs.
  • Experience providing therapy via telehealth platforms, with strong digital literacy and comfort working in an AI-supported care environment.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills, with cultural sensitivity and an inclusive, client-centered approach.
  • Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills, including the ability to manage a remote caseload and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and openness to integrating technology-driven insights into clinical decision-making.
  • Preferred experience working with employer-sponsored or insurer-supported programs, or in integrated care and population health settings.
  • Availability to work flexible part-time hours across different time zones and a reliable, private workspace suitable for remote therapy sessions.
