The Role

We are looking for a Massage Therapist Manager to join our site in London.

As Therapist Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the therapist team, ensuring that every treatment meets AIRE’s high standards of excellence. You will play a key role in providing an outstanding experience to our guests while fostering a collaborative and respectful team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guarantee an optimal environment for the delivery of treatments, adhering to AIRE’s protocols and style guidelines.
  • Ensure all team members are properly trained and updated with new protocols, experiences, and company procedures.
  • Supervise and ensure full compliance with protocols and service standards across the therapist, front desk, and link teams.
  • Address any situations that could affect the guest experience by taking proactive and immediate action.
  • Coordinate and lead daily briefings with other operational departments, highlighting VIP guests, incidents, or relevant updates.
  • Monitor and supervise inventory and the correct use of all supplies and materials within the therapist area.
  • Report incidents, improvements, and relevant events to Management on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of the therapist team.
  • Provide individual performance feedback, identify development needs, and implement improvement measures.
  • Plan and supervise schedules, shifts, holidays, and overnight work of the therapist team.
  • Create and implement the annual training plan for all team members under your supervision.
  • Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement aligned with AIRE’s values.

Who You Are

  • You have at least 2 years of experience managing teams.
  • You bring professional experience from the wellness, hospitality, or service-oriented sectors. While being a qualified therapist is not a requirement, any background in wellness or related fields will be an advantage.
  • You have an advanced level of English.
  • You are a confident user of Office 365; experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.
  • You possess strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
  • You are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering the highest service standards.
  • You are flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
