Join Our Team as a Thin Film Technician
Are you someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and thrives in a precise, high-tech environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic Thin Film Technician to join our production team and help manufacture high-quality thin film components within our clean room facility.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build technical skills in a specialised field while working with advanced equipment and delicate materials. Full training is provided, so if you're motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
- Producing thin film components within a controlled clean room environment
- Handling delicate materials with precision and care
- Operating specialist production equipment
- Working with chemicals and associated processing materials
- Following strict quality and safety procedures
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
What We're Looking For
- An enthusiastic and reliable individual with a strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to fine detail
- Ability to learn quickly and follow technical procedures
- Comfortable working in a clean room environment

Qualifications (preferred):
- Minimum GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science
- Level 3 qualification in Engineering, Science, or a related field
- Previous manufacturing or technical experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
