Life on the team
The Messaging and Collaboration service is Computacenter’s solution which helps customers ensure their environments are secure, available and meet their compliance requirements. We achieve this by maintaining the latest patch and build levels and by keeping abreast of the latest changes coming to Microsoft 365 and other integrated cloud services. Our goal is to provide users with the best possible experience, and we achieve this by using our broad knowledge of Messaging technologies, provide support and consult capabilities.
Messaging and Collaboration is a global service delivered from the UK, South Africa, India, and Germany locations.
What you’ll do
- Assist the customer with planning and delivering new features through project engagements
- Raise change control in ITSM/Service Now
- Configuration and support of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online etc.)
- Fault finding and remediation of issues both critical and minor
- Facilitate meetings with the customer to troubleshoot issues or plan and discuss upcoming design/configuration changes
- Support and be a part of the ongoing Messaging and Collaboration service evolution

What you’ll bring
- Proven experience and skills in all aspects of Microsoft M365/ Microsoft Exchange and MS Teams infrastructure.
- Flexible and proactive team member who takes a pragmatic approach to challenges and workload.
- Using your time management and workload skills you will proactively plan your working week in line with your assignments, which will extend to assisting colleagues.
- You will also have the opportunity to help drive service improvement, automation and maturity.
