We are looking for a 3rd Line Engineer – Mobile Device Management to join our Endpoint Build and Configuration team at Computacenter. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and experienced global team responsible for delivering secure, standardised and high-quality mobile device services for our customers.

You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of mobile devices, from enrolment and configuration through to in-life support, ensuring environments remain secure, compliant and aligned with Computacenter's technical and security standards.

What you’ll do

• Provide 3rd line technical support for complex mobile device management issues across a large customer estate.
• Manage and support mobile device environments using Workspace ONE, Blackberry Unified Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Intune and other modern device management technologies.
• Deliver the end-to-end enrolment, configuration, deployment and in-life support of iOS and Android mobile devices.
• Manage mobile operating system deployments, including iOS and Android releases, installations and configuration.
• Create, configure and maintain device and user policies to ensure devices remain secure, compliant and aligned with customer requirements.
• Manage device onboarding and offboarding throughout the mobile device lifecycle.
• Manage mobile devices through Organisation Groups and ensure appropriate configuration and policy assignment.
• Support certificate creation, deployment and ongoing certificate management.
• Monitor and maintain mobile device environments to ensure compliance with Computacenter's technical and security standards.
• Manage incident queues and work within agreed SLAs, taking ownership of technical issues through to resolution.
• Work closely with internal technical teams, customer stakeholders, service management functions and third-party vendors to coordinate technical activities and resolve issues.
• Support regular BAU build releases to maintain customer security and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to non-standard projects and technical initiatives throughout the year.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and the overall quality and consistency of the mobile device service.
• Maintain appropriate technical documentation and ensure changes are delivered in accordance with agreed processes and standards.
• Keep up to date with emerging mobile, endpoint management and cloud technologies and apply relevant knowledge to the service.
• Ensure all activities are delivered in line with Computacenter security policies and customer requirements.
