3rd Line Citrix SME – Contract | Preston

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced 3rd Line Citrix SME for an 8-month contract based in Preston, UK.

Role: 3rd Line Citrix SME
Location: Preston – 100% On-site
Job type: Contract
IR35: Inside IR35

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 3rd-line technical support and escalation for Citrix environments
  • Lead troubleshooting, incident resolution and root-cause analysis
  • Manage and optimise Citrix policies, profiles and user experience
  • Support Citrix CVAD, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler ADC and WEM
  • Support patching, upgrades and infrastructure migrations
  • Work closely with engineering, architecture and customer teams
