The Third-Party Administrator Provides administrative and operational support for DFA's third-party partner portfolio. The role ensures partner information, agreements, pricing records, reporting, onboarding activities, and governance documentation are maintained accurately and efficiently to support successful delivery of third-party services.

Partner Administration
- Maintain the third-party partner database and records.
- Administer partner onboarding and offboarding.
- Keep partner documentation complete and current.
- Maintain contract, NDA, and commercial agreement registers and track renewal dates and milestones.
Order & Operational Support
- Assist with third-party order administration and service-delivery documentation.
- Track order progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Log, monitor, and follow up partner-related escalations until resolution.
Reporting
- Produce weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintain partner performance dashboards.
- Track SLA performance and escalation metrics.
- Compile management reports for internal stakeholders.
Governance
- Ensure compliance with internal governance processes.
- Maintain document repositories and version control.
- Support audits by providing required documentation.
- Ensure records comply with company policies.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with Sales, Service Delivery, Planning, Finance, and Legal.
- Schedule partner meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
- Follow up action items and maintain action trackers.
Requirements
What makes YOU our ideal candidate:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Diploma or qualification in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field is advantageous.
- 2-4 years of experience in administration or coordination.
- Telecommunications, fibre, or technology industry experience is advantageous.
