Third-Party Relationship Specialist Opportunity

That's why we're pleased to tell you about a 3 month secondment opportunity to join our Mortgage Services team as a Third-Party Relationship Specialist.

How You'll Make a Difference

You'll play a key role in managing our third-party supplier relationships across Mortgage Services, making sure suppliers deliver the right outcomes for our customers, colleagues, and the Society. You'll regularly meet with suppliers, review performance and conduct, support effective complaint handling, manage invoicing activity, and keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • Experience managing supplier or third-party relationships, ideally within a regulated environment
  • Confidence regularly meeting with suppliers, reviewing performance, conduct, and service levels, and following up on agreed actions
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage complaint handling, invoicing, and day-to-day supplier governance activity
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, communicate clearly, and influence positive outcomes
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach, with sound judgement and a commitment to delivering good customer outcomes
