Contract opportunity | Enterprise-wide TPRM transformation
We are partnering with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Senior Manager / Director to lead a high-profile Third Party Risk Management transformation. This is a senior delivery role with visibility across the Board, Executive and Risk Committees, offering the opportunity to shape a strategic programme and deliver sustainable improvements across governance, controls, technology, data and operating model.
The role
You will take ownership of a complex TPRM remediation and transformation agenda, driving the programme from plan through to measurable delivery. The remit includes closing legacy risk assessments and audit findings, implementing strategic technology, improving supplier and risk data, and moving the organisation towards a more proactive continuous-monitoring model.

What we're looking for
- Senior-level experience leading Third Party Risk Management, supplier risk or operational risk transformation programmes.
- A strong record of delivering regulatory, audit and Board-level remediation commitments.
- Deep understanding of TPRM frameworks, governance, controls, lifecycle management and continuous monitoring.
- Experience implementing TPRM technology and improving third-party data architecture, reporting and management information.
- Excellent programme leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the credibility to influence senior committees and business leaders.
- A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach and the ability to maintain effective BAU oversight during significant change.
