Company Description

Sports betting, gaming, and interactive entertainment is changing, and we're leading that change. By putting people first. By placing exciting, engaging, and entertaining experiences at more fingertips than ever before. We're pulling into pole position by pushing boundaries further. With innovation. With technology. But most importantly, with people like you. Because when you join Entain, it's your game. So let's win together.

We are establishing a new Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) function to strengthen the Group's approach to managing risks arising from suppliers, service providers, and other external partners.

The TPRM function will play a critical role in protecting the organisation from financial, operational, compliance, reputational, and ESG risks. We are seeking talented individuals to help shape and deliver this capability.

Job Description

The Entain vision is to be the world leader in sports betting and gaming entertainment by creating the most exciting and trusted experience for our customers.

As the Third-Party Risk Management Senior Manager, you will support the implementation and ongoing operation of Entain's Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) platform and framework, working closely with risk subject matter experts, Procurement, business owners, and other key stakeholders to ensure proportionate third-party risk processes are embedded and sustained across the organisation.

The Third-Party Risk Management Senior Manager will help support our ambition by bringing practical TPRM expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and enthusiasm for using technology to improve risk management within Procurement and across the wider business.

This is a hands-on role and will be important in embedding effective Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) practices, supporting the development of a consistent risk methodology, configuring TPRM processes and workflows, and running high-quality BAU activity across the Entain group.

Key Responsibilities

  • TPRM framework support: Coordinate and support the ongoing development and operation of a Procurement-led, group-wide third-party risk management framework, working with risk SMEs and business stakeholders to ensure end-to-end TPRM processes are implemented, maintained, and aligned with regulatory expectations, industry good practice, and business needs.
  • Rollout and operationalisation: Support the phased rollout and ongoing operationalisation of the TPRM framework across business units and regions, helping transition agreed design principles into a sustainable business-as-usual (BAU) model.
  • BAU delivery and team coordination: Coordinate day-to-day TPRM activity, support effective ways of working within the TPRM team, and help ensure roles, responsibilities, and hand-offs are clear across Procurement, SMEs, and business owners.
  • Stakeholder engagement and education: Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding third party risk, working with SMEs, business units, and key suppliers to support risk awareness, clear ownership, and consistent use of TPRM processes.
  • Third party risk assessment and oversight: Support and coordinate the identification, assessment, and monitoring of risks associated with third parties, including:
    • Due diligence, onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and termination processes.
    • Maintaining centralised supplier risk repository for visibility to third party risks and action plans, timelines, and ownership, including creating regular reports on multi-dimensional supplier and supply chain risk.
    • Coordinating supplier criticality assessments using a unified and holistic approach deployed across the supplier lifecycle, and using criticality dimensions to support proportionate risk process prioritisation.
    • Coordinating third party risk assessments and regular updates for critical suppliers across the supplier lifecycle, using a central risk tool, working with business leads and SMEs to obtain required inputs, and supporting automation of relevant metrics where appropriate.
    • Coordinating, supporting preparation of, and participating in joint reviews of mitigation actions, working with business leads and risk SMEs and escalating when necessary.
    • Coordinating, supporting preparation of, and participating in escalation governance and risk committees (i.e., cross-functional governance meetings, executive level governance meetings).
  • Communication and engagement: Work with HR and Communications team to coordinate and launch training and communications plan for ongoing process awareness across the group, including on and off-platform.
  • Performance monitoring and reporting: Maintain and support key risk indicators, metrics, and reporting outputs to monitor third party risks and resilience performance at group level, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders and governance forums as required.
  • External reporting: Support all relevant external reporting endeavours.
  • Risk management approach: Partner with category teams, business owners, and risk SMEs to understand the supplier landscape and configure TPRM processes to provide appropriate enterprise risk visibility, including immediate mitigations, future-dated mitigation plans, and risk acceptance routes where required.
  • Resilience planning: Work with relevant SMEs and business owners to support the assessment and enhancement of third party resilience, including continuity planning, exit strategies, and incident response preparedness.
  • Continuous improvement: Establish and promote best practices in relation to third party risk management and a sustainable and resilient supply chain, across the organisation; regularly review practices based on industry trends, regulatory changes, and organisational needs and address emerging challenges and opportunities; leverage best practices for continuous improvement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
