Wellingborough | Hybrid 3 days per week onsite

Salary: £51,000 to £56,000

You'll join our Operational Quality team, supporting supplier onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, monitoring and governance across Weatherbys Bank. Working with colleagues throughout the business, you'll help make sure third-party risks are understood, documented and managed effectively.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating supplier onboarding, reviews and renewals
  • Reviewing due diligence information and identifying gaps or exceptions
  • Supporting supplier risk assessments and ongoing monitoring
  • Maintaining accurate supplier records, evidence and action logs
  • Preparing information for governance and reporting
  • Improving third-party risk processes, controls and documentation

What We're Looking For

You'll need practical experience in supplier assurance, third-party risk, supplier governance, procurement risk or outsourcing. You'll also bring:

  • Experience of supplier due diligence, onboarding, monitoring or risk assessment
  • Experience within financial services or another regulated sector, such as insurance
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, together with close attention to detail
  • The judgement to recognise when an issue needs to be escalated
  • Confidence working with different stakeholders and challenging incomplete evidence
  • A-level standard education or equivalent practical experience

A relevant professional qualification would be helpful but is not essential. You should be willing to continue developing your knowledge through professional or industry training.
