TPRM Manager
I'm partnering with a specialist financial services firm to appoint a TPRM Manager. This is a chance to take full ownership of how the business identifies, manages and oversees its external supplier base, with real visibility at senior leadership and Board level.
Responsibilities
- Owning the full third-party risk lifecycle, from supplier onboarding and due diligence through to ongoing reviews and exit.
- Designing and embedding risk controls and mitigation plans that hold up to regulatory scrutiny.
- Tracking supplier performance and overall risk exposure across the third-party portfolio.
- Building clear, insight-led reporting for senior leadership and Board-level audiences.
- Flagging emerging risks early and communicating them in a way stakeholders can act on.
- Managing key supplier relationships, including setting and monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
- Handling supplier issues, resolving disputes and overseeing managed exits.
- Keeping the programme compliant while continually looking for ways to improve it.

What we're looking for

- Supplier Risk Manager / TPRM Manager within financial services.
- Good working knowledge of PRA SS2/21 and SS1/21.
- Proven experience across the complete TPRM lifecycle within a regulated environment.
- The ability to convert regulation into workable policies, procedures and controls.
- Confidence engaging and influencing colleagues across risk, technology and the wider business.
- Curiosity about how AI can make third-party risk processes smarter and more efficient.
On Offer
- £85,000 - £95,000.
- Hybrid: 3 days / week
