Help us strengthen the relationships behind our customer journeys
A significant proportion of MoneyPlus customers reach us through introducers and external partners. These relationships are central to our business, and ensuring they operate responsibly is essential to protecting our customers.
We are creating a new Third-Party Risk Manager role to strengthen how these relationships are assessed, onboarded, and monitored.
Role Overview
Working within our Compliance team, you will provide independent, evidence-led oversight across introducers, marketing partners, lead providers, and other customer-impacting third parties.
This is a hands-on specialist role with no direct reports. You will have the autonomy to conduct meaningful reviews, identify emerging risks, and constructively challenge senior stakeholders when standards are not being met.
What you’ll be doing
You will oversee third parties throughout their lifecycle, from initial assessment and onboarding through to ongoing monitoring, remediation, and review.
Your work will include:
- Conducting proportionate third-party risk assessments and due diligence.
- Confirming the required approvals and controls are in place before relationships go live.
- Creating risk-based monitoring and periodic-review plans.
- Completing assurance activity, including site visits, call or file sampling, and control testing.
- Reviewing complaints, incidents, performance, and customer-outcome information to identify emerging concerns.
- Investigating issues and tracking remedial action.
- Producing clear, evidence-based reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Constructively challenging business owners and third parties where evidence or controls are insufficient.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
