We make health happen

At Bupa, we're helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives. To do that safely and effectively, we need strong partnerships with suppliers who support our business and the services we provide to customers.

As a Third Party Risk Manager, you'll play an important role in helping us identify, assess and manage risks across our supplier landscape. Working within Procurement's Centre of Excellence, you'll help ensure that third-party risk is managed effectively, policies are followed and the business is prepared to respond to a changing regulatory environment.

This is an opportunity to work across multiple business areas, providing expert guidance on supplier risk, governance and compliance. You'll help drive continuous improvement, support decision-making and contribute to protecting Bupa, our customers and our reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of Procurement's third-party risk management approach and controls framework
  • Support compliance with Procurement policies, supplier governance standards and outsourcing requirements
  • Monitor and assess third-party risks, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders across the business
  • Act as a subject matter expert for third-party risk management within Procurement
  • Produce meaningful reporting and management information that provides insight into the supplier risk environment
  • Support supplier risk monitoring, assurance activities and continuous evaluation of controls
  • Work closely with category teams to provide advice, guidance and support throughout the supplier lifecycle
  • Support audit activity, controls testing and risk reviews
  • Contribute to incident management, risk reporting and governance activities
  • Support governance committee submissions and help prepare materials for senior stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships across Procurement and the wider business to promote effective risk management

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
