There are many routes into social work, each suited to different people at different stages of life.
Approach Social Work
- A three-year training programme that supports you to become a children’s social worker
- Builds your skills and confidence to make a lasting impact
- Provides training, guidance, and practical experience from day one

- Step Up to Social Work: 14 months of study and placements
- Undergraduate or master’s social work degrees
- Social work apprenticeships
