Are you passionate about staying one step ahead of adversaries? Do you thrive on analyzing complex threats across IT and OT environments? We are looking for both Senior Threat Hunters and Junior/Intermediate Threat Hunters to join a growing Cyber Security Operations team.

Our client is building a proactive Threat Hunting capability from the ground up to protect national security and operational resilience. We are currently looking for both Senior and Intermediate Threat Hunters to join their growing Cyber Security Operations team.

The Roles

We have opportunities for experienced hunters to lead the charge and for ambitious junior hunters to develop their skills in a world-class environment.

  • Senior Threat Hunter: Lead advanced hunting methodologies, mentor the team, and drive technical innovation.
  • Threat Hunter (Intermediate/Junior): Deliver proactive hunting activities, support incident response, and grow your expertise in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities (Both Levels)

  • Proactively hunt for indicators of compromise and adversary tactics across IT & OT networks.
  • Develop and maintain structured hunting methodologies and playbooks.
  • Analyze threat intelligence and correlate it with internal telemetry.
  • Identify telemetry gaps and collaborate with engineering teams to improve detection logic.
  • Adapt hunting techniques to unique OT/ICS environments (legacy systems, operational safety).
  • Produce clear, actionable reports and recommendations.
  • Assist incident response with technical analysis and threat context.
  • Drive automation and scripting initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
