🚨 Threat Intelligence Analyst – 6-Month Contract
💷 £500 per day | Inside IR35
📍 UK Hybrid | 1–2 days per week in London
🔐 Active SC Clearance preferred
We’re looking for an experienced Threat Intelligence Analyst to join a Security team, supporting a high-profile UK Central Government project.
You’ll work closely with Security Operations and Incident Response teams to monitor and analyse threats, investigate threat actors and IoCs, produce intelligence reports, and provide actionable insights across the evolving cyber threat landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse intelligence from internal data, open-source reporting, online databases and restricted intelligence sources.
- Identify emerging threats, trends and actionable areas of interest.
- Conduct in-depth research into threat actors, vulnerabilities, campaigns and evolving attack techniques.
- Produce high-quality intelligence reports, assessments and briefings.
- Analyse Indicators of Compromise (IoCs), including files, IP addresses, domains and hashes.
- Investigate threat actors, infrastructure, techniques and attack patterns.
- Support Incident Response teams with investigations, remediation and post-incident analysis.
- Apply recognised threat intelligence frameworks including MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, Pyramid of Pain and Diamond Model.
- Contribute to strategic, operational and tactical intelligence activities.
- Work closely with Security Operations, Incident Response and wider security teams to provide actionable intelligence and situational awareness.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- 1+ years' experience in Cybersecurity or a related field.
- Strong understanding of threat intelligence concepts, frameworks and methodologies.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Recorded Future, OpenCTI, Cribl and Splunk.
- Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, Kill Chain, Pyramid of Pain and Diamond Model.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify, assess and prioritise actionable intelligence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to produce high-quality intelligence reports and briefings.
