I’m currently supporting a major UK public sector cybersecurity programme and we’re looking for a Threat Intelligence Analyst to join a high-performing security team working on a critical national infrastructure project.

This is an opportunity to work on a high-profile government programme where your work will directly contribute to the protection of critical systems and national infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with experienced Incident Response, Security Operations, and Threat Intelligence professionals while gaining exposure to complex, real-world cyber threats.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Monitor and analyse threat intelligence from internal, open-source, and restricted sources
  • Identify and prioritise actionable cyber threats and indicators of compromise (IoCs)
  • Produce high-quality intelligence reports on threat actors, vulnerabilities, and emerging trends
  • Support security investigations and incident response activities
  • Apply frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, Kill Chain, Pyramid of Pain, and Diamond Model
  • Contribute to strategic, operational, and tactical threat intelligence activities

What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, or a related field
  • Understanding of threat intelligence methodologies and analysis techniques
  • Experience with tools such as Splunk, Recorded Future, OpenCTI, Cribl, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate intelligence findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Experience in a dedicated Threat Intelligence Analyst role
  • Certifications such as GCTI, CISSP, CEH, GIAC
  • Exposure to government, public sector, or critical national infrastructure environments
