Threat Intelligence Response Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to join Recorded Future's Managed Services Group as a Threat Intelligence Response Analyst. You will be an independent, skilled intelligence analyst who plays a central role in delivering high-quality security outcomes for our clients. Recorded Future supports information security teams at some of the most ambitious organisations on the planet. You will work alongside a talented team of analysts, bringing your threat intelligence expertise to bear on real-world adversary activity every day.
Who You'll Work With
As a Threat Intelligence Response Analyst, you will be joining a fast-paced, high-growth team delivering innovative security solutions that protect our clients. You will be part of the global Managed Services team with a rapidly growing client portfolio, ensuring our users get the most value out of our services.
What You'll Do
As a Threat Intelligence Response Analyst, you will:
- Be responsible for triaging alerts for a portfolio of cross-industry corporate, commercial, and enterprise clients
- Support customer engagements by providing insight into the threats observed by your customers, enabling customers to take action to mitigate cyber threats
- Work closely with Services and Product teams to ensure the success of the Recorded Future offering within customer environments
- Handle incoming ad-hoc research and investigation requests from Managed Services customers
What You'll Bring
- A self-starter mindset. You’ll be comfortable working independently while remaining a collaborative and reliable team member
- Practical experience in threat intelligence, incident response, or security monitoring
- A solid understanding of open source intelligence techniques and their application to phishing, credential harvesting, domain monitoring, dark web monitoring, and threat actor profiling
- Working knowledge of security and network fundamentals — DNS, HTTP, email infrastructure, web hosting, and malware delivery mechanisms
- Ability to identify, analyse, and communicate actionable intelligence to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience handling customer-facing interactions
- CompTIA Security+ certification completed or actively in progress (preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Notion, and Zendesk is a plus

Working Hours
This role covers a shift-based schedule to support global client coverage. UK-based shift hours are: 9:00am – 6:00pm GMT
