Description & Requirements
The TI Vendor Services team manages strategic vendor relationships that support critical Engineering business operations. They ensure vendors consistently meet contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs). The team leverages data analytics to monitor vendor performance, identify trends, and assess operational risks. These insights support informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement across TI
We’ll Trust You To
- Lead regular performance reviews, governance forums, and escalations to resolve service issues while maintaining effective stakeholder and supplier relationships.
- Develop and improve vendor management processes, scorecards, and reporting frameworks to improve transparency, accountability, and operational resilience.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align Vendor performance with business priorities and risk.
- Work with our Engineering Stakeholders to review Vendor Service Support contracts and help define Service Level Agreements
- Analyze vendor performance data and produce clear reports and statistical insights on service delivery, emerging issues, and performance trends

You’ll Need To Have
- Extensive experience managing remote vendors across multiple geographic regions and time zones.
- Strong understanding of Data Centre operations and infrastructure environments.
- 5 + years of experience in Data Center Operations and Vendor Relationship Management.
- Proficient in Data Analytics and associated Visualization tools, using performance metrics and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with scripting/programming for operational analysis or automation support.
- Strong working knowledge of Jira (issue tracking, workflow management, and reporting.)
- Excellent organization, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
