Role Description
The Ticketing Assistant is a key role in the day-to-day running of the Ticketing Department and will contribute to the effective running of our core business objectives and commercial targets.
The role demands flexibility working to numerous deadlines throughout the day. You will need to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency whilst assisting with all aspects of ticketing for the company.
This role requires high levels of motivation and passion for the entertainment industry.
What It’s Like To Work In The Team
The AMG Ticketing department is the central point of contact for 20 Academy Music Group venues across the country. We assist the venues with all ticketing matters, working with senior management and our ticketing partner. The successful candidate will be part of a busy team which helps keep the ticketing operations at all venues running consistently and smoothly while offering advice and support.
About You
- Experience in ticketing platforms/systems and box office environment (preferred but not essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages specifically Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Professional conduct when handling sensitive and embargoed info

- Maintain good working relationships with external clients and outlets
What The Role Includes
- Assisting with the management of the Priority site and working with the partnerships team to ensure the delivery of our partners' requirements including accurate and timely reporting.
- Monitoring all on-sales which impact on the Priority site.
- Producing regular allocation and presale statistics for presentation to our partners and the Finance department.
- Collating and sending venue ticket sales to the relevant distribution list as instructed.
- Working alongside others in a positive and helpful way, carrying out ad hoc duties as directed by management.
