You will join the Retail & Ticketing Team at the Ashmolean Museum, the University of Oxford’s world-class museum of art and archaeology. Situated in the heart of Oxford, the Ashmolean is an iconic cultural destination, open to everyone every day.
You will provide a welcoming and professional service to visitors, responding to ticketing and event booking enquiries by email and telephone and supporting the smooth operation of the Museum’s ticketing systems. You will process ticket refunds and exchanges, assist with maintaining event and ticketing information, and work closely with colleagues across Exhibitions, Education, Membership, Finance, Visitor Experience and IT.

The role is based onsite at the Ashmolean Museum and requires flexibility to work across seven days, including some Bank Holidays.
