Role Description

VIP Nation International provides world-class VIP package solutions for a wide range of artists and their fans on tours across EMEA and special events. Alongside global event organizers, VIP concepts and products are developed to offer an elite fan experience for some of the biggest artists in the world.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the VIP ticketing element for specific international tours across EMEA at all levels. Managing the tour end to end from a VIP ticketing aspect, ensuring delivery is precise and VIP package sales are maximized.

You will need to possess a good background in ticketing, having already previously held roles such as Ticketing Manager, Client Account/Service Manager, or similar within the industry. Tour ticketing at a promoter level is a bonus. Exceptional organizational skills, being detail-oriented, commercially driven, and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously are essential to succeeding in this role.


Who You Are

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • A strong understanding of ticketing operations and sales within live events, including having managed inventory for multiple shows at the same time.
  • Previous experience on reporting within a ticketing environment and used programs such as Excel at an advanced level or more.
  • Experience optimizing the customer journey and improving the fan experience.
  • Having worked with major ticketing agents such as Ticketmaster (not essential).
  • Having ticketed events not limited to the UK and Ireland (not essential).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries.

What the Role Includes

  • Lead end-to-end VIP ticketing for tours and events, overseeing volume, allocations, seating plans, and holds with promoters, local teams, venues, and third-party vendors.
  • Manage event set up in EOS, including set-up forms, pricing charts, inventory optimization, and closing sales across multiple schedules and time zones.
  • Collate sales data from Ticketmaster UK, other UK and European/worldwide ticket vendors, and distribute reports on an agreed schedule to VIP Nation, LN Ticketing, Promoters, Agents, and Artist Management.
  • Oversee non-Ticketmaster stock dispatch plans and handle sales data collection, reporting, and mark backs across EMEA.
  • Assist where needed with VIP Nation International’s Client Services team on proposals to secure new business.
  • Assist in executing marketing plans with fellow Live Nation teams, build, and maintain VIP Nation EMEA webpage.
  • Collaborate with the VIP Nation International Customer Service Manager to ensure fan ticket inquiries, escalations, accessibility requests, and refunds are fittingly supported by the Ticketing function.
  • Analyze customer and client feedback to constantly find ways in improving the fan experience.
  • Attend select events to support the on-site VIP ticketing operations.
