Starting salary - £34,320 to increase to £37,011

Working Hours: Rotating Days & Afternoons | Monday to Friday

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder to join a well-established and innovative manufacturing company based in Sheffield.

Responsibilities

As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for:

  • TIG welding to fine tolerances (±1mm)
  • Welding stainless steel and aluminium components
  • Grinding and finishing welded products
  • Polishing components to a high-quality standard
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
  • Maintaining strict quality and safety standards at all times

Working Hours

Rotating Shift Pattern (Monday to Friday)

Week 1

  • Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00
  • Friday: 06:00 - 11:30

Week 2

  • Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00
  • Friday: 11:00 - 16:30

What We're Looking For

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous TIG welding experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience welding stainless steel and aluminium
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work accurately to tight tolerances
  • A strong commitment to quality and health & safety
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
