Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a TikTok Shop Live Host at Admerceo. The TikTok Shop Live Host will present and demonstrate products during live streaming sessions, engage with viewers in real time, and encourage audience interaction and purchases.

- Prepare live show scripts and talking points
- Showcase product features and benefits clearly
- Answer customer questions during streams in a professional and helpful manner
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align live content with promotional campaigns
- Review performance metrics and adjust hosting style to improve engagement and conversion
- Help refine best practices for live commerce
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and on-screen presence
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to interact confidently and respectfully with diverse audiences in live settings
- Training and Sales skills to explain products clearly, educate viewers, and guide customers toward informed purchasing decisions
- Food & Beverage experience or product familiarity when hosting related categories
- Basic digital literacy and comfort with live streaming tools, social media platforms (especially TikTok), and e-commerce environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in live hosting, retail, customer-facing roles, or content creation is beneficial
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, adapt to feedback, and maintain a professional on-camera presence
- Flexible schedule to accommodate peak streaming hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
