TikTok Account Manager — Pear
London · Full-time + Commissions
Pear is a TikTok growth agency. We run Shop, affiliates, ads and creative for e-commerce brands, and we're looking for someone to own those client relationships and make their accounts grow.
We're growing, which means this isn't a role where you inherit a process and follow it. You'd take a portfolio of brands and be genuinely accountable for them, the relationship, and the number.
Day to day:
- Running the calls and the monthly performance reviews
- Building out creator and affiliate programmes
- Watching where ad spend is being wasted and moving it
- Turning the data into three clear recommendations rather than another report nobody reads
