We're hiring a TikTok Account Manager to build Navy's TikTok from scratch 🎥
Navy is a premium nail and hand care brand created at our Yorkshire farm — women-led, independent, and stocked at Space NK and Next in over 150 countries. We've won Sunday Times Beauty Award amongst many others and we're on a mission to make nail care as essential as skincare.
Here's the exciting part: we don't have a TikTok presence yet. So this isn't a "keep the channel ticking over" role — it's a genuine build-from-zero opportunity for someone who wants real ownership.

📍 Hybrid — Based at our farm in Walkeringham, Yorkshire
💼 Full-time, direct hire
You'll own Navy's TikTok strategy end-to-end: filming, editing, posting, community, the lot. You'll shape how a premium, farm-born beauty brand shows up on the platform, working closely with our founder to bring our story — the farm, the community of nail professionals behind us, the "nail care is the new skincare" mission — to a whole new audience.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have grown a brand's TikTok before, ideally in beauty, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle
- Can film and edit short-form video yourself, not just brief it out
- Have a portfolio or reel that proves the results, not just the aesthetic
- Read analytics fluently and use them to sharpen strategy
- Want to build something and create a career
