Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Provide strategic recommendations by addressing key “where-to-play” and “how-to-win” questions, and design development roadmaps with clear milestones, performance targets, and resource plans.
  • Perform both routine and ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions — including merchandise tiering, creator matchmaking funnel optimisation, and other core growth drivers.
  • Lead and deliver high-impact special projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Algorithm, GNE) to ensure alignment and measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor competitor landscape and identify growth opportunities to inform and shape operational strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in management consulting or big tech strategy group
  • Deep insights on content/E-commerce business model, able to drive insights and growth opportunities quickly based on solid data analysis
  • Proficient in English
