Why this role matters
Social media has the power to connect people, spark important conversations, and help those who are struggling realise they are not alone. TikTok is one of the fastest-growing platforms for sharing stories, educating audiences, and building supportive communities.
We're looking for creative volunteers who can help us grow TMM's presence on TikTok by creating engaging, compassionate content that raises awareness of baby loss, maternal grief, and the support we provide. Every video has the potential to reach someone who needs to know they're not alone.
What You'll Do
Depending on your skills and interests, you may help with:
- Creating short-form video content for TikTok
- Developing creative content ideas aligned with TMM's mission
- Editing videos using TikTok or other editing tools
- Following trends where appropriate while ensuring content remains sensitive and authentic
- Sharing educational content, awareness campaigns, and TMM updates
- Helping tell the stories and impact of TMM in engaging and accessible ways
- Working with the communications team to support campaigns and key awareness dates
- Monitoring content performance and suggesting new ideas to increase reach and engagement

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
