We are hiring actors, performers, presenters and on-camera talent to work as TikTok Live Hosts for a fast-growing live commerce and e-commerce livestreaming brand. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in acting, performance, livestream hosting, content creation, public speaking, or customer engagement.

This is a front-of-camera, long-form, real-time performance role. TikTok Live rewards skills such as improvisation, audience interaction, high-energy delivery, script adaptation, storytelling, and on-camera confidence. Actors excel in this environment due to their ability to maintain presence, adapt quickly, and engage viewers for extended periods.

Role Overview

You will host 3-hour TikTok Live sessions, presenting products, demonstrating features, running timed promotions and maintaining strong audience engagement. You will use your performance skills to deliver high-energy, interactive livestreams that drive viewer retention and product interest.

Pay

  • £18 per hour

Commission

  • 5% on all sales

Hours

  • Minimum 12 hours per week (four 3-hour sessions)

Schedule

  • Flexible; choose your preferred days and times

Location

  • Redditch (on-site role)

This role offers consistent weekly income with the flexibility to increase or reduce hours depending on acting commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Host live TikTok sessions with strong on-camera presence
  • Deliver product demonstrations, feature explanations and live selling
  • Maintain high levels of audience interaction, viewer engagement and retention
  • Use improvisation, storytelling and performance techniques to keep sessions dynamic
  • Adapt scripts or talking points into natural, conversational delivery
  • Generate ideas for live themes, hooks, formats and engagement strategies
  • Review livestream performance metrics to improve future sessions

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in acting, performance, presenting, livestreaming or content creation
  • Confident performing on camera for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills and ability to improvise
  • High-energy delivery and performance stamina
  • Reliable, consistent and able to commit to weekly sessions
  • Understanding of audience psychology, engagement techniques and live performance pacing
  • Must be able to commute to Redditch
