Freelance, part-time. £18-£30 per hour depending on experience, plus 10% commission on every sale during your Lives (15% on any Live over £1,000). Uncapped. Around 15-20 hours a week. Old Trafford, Manchester: Lives are in person, content can be shot with us or on your own schedule.
About us
House of Watan is a Manchester-based luxury fragrance house. Arabian-French scents, from Royal Sillage and Essence of Arabia to new launches like the Elan collection, sold through houseofwatan.com, TikTok Shop and Instagram in the UK and US. We're a small founder-led team. We move quickly and we're now putting a face on the brand.
What you'll do
- Host four TikTok Lives a month, one per weekend, from our Old Trafford studio. Present, demo and sell.
- Create and schedule daily content for our TikTok and Instagram: short videos, Reels, Stories, scent of the day, behind the scenes, trends.
- Run both accounts day to day: comments, DMs, community, posting calendar.
- Bring ideas. Tell us what to test and what the audience is asking for.
- Watch the numbers (views, saves, Live sales) and get better every week.

What we need
- Natural on camera. You can hold a chat for two hours and keep it fun.
- Presenting, hosting, live selling, retail, performance or creator background. TikTok Live experience helps but isn't required.
- You already make content. You shoot, edit and post from your phone without a brief.
- Into fragrance, or quick to learn. We train you on every scent.
- Reliable. You own a calendar and turn up ready.
- Based in or near Central Manchester, free one weekend day a week.
What you get
- £18-£30 an hour, set by your experience and your demo.
- 10% commission on everything sold during your Lives, 15% on any Live over £1,000. A £1,500 Live pays £225 on top of your fee.
- Travel to and from Old Trafford covered on Live days. Food on us.
- Fragrances from the range to wear and learn.
- Around 15-20 hours a week to start. Content hours are flexible.
- Creative control of two brand accounts from day one. Everything you make goes in your portfolio.
- Full-time Creative Strategist & Lead role on the table after the first 3 months if it works for both of us.
